Sam receives Sindukht as envoy from the King of Kabul
Public Notes
Sindukht is sent as envoy from King Mihrab of Kabul, with fine treasures, to restrain his anger against them. Sam is amazed at her eloquence; they discuss Rudaba and Zal's infatuation for her, and despite the fact that she is descended from Zahhak, Sal finishes by giving his consent to their union, subject to the permission of the Shah, Minuchihr.
