Project Notes
AF has altered all the folio numbers - on what basis? Is there a more accurate list? Did AF actually see this ms, which is currently (Autumn 2008) in Australia.

NB dimensions need to be checked - sometimes entered as centimetres not millimetres (i.e. 10 should be 100), and others maybe not h before w.

Still need image of a sample page and the colophon, and pictures for most entries.

Check AF's notes.

Update bibliography and also check for permissions. No copyright statement on many of the entries - only those with images?
