AF has altered all the folio numbers - on what basis? Is there a more accurate list? Did AF actually see this ms, which is currently (Autumn 2008) in Australia.
NB dimensions need to be checked - sometimes entered as centimetres not millimetres (i.e. 10 should be 100).
