Public Notes
Three detached 19th-century Shahnama folios (pp. 47-48, cat. no. 22-23, p. 110, cat. no. 111). There are four illustrations in the three folios: Two Qajar Shahnama illustrations belong to the original manuscript, while two late 16th-century miniatures from an unidentified text were mounted in the frames of the Qajar folios.
