It is interesting that the ms.is dated 901 khani, rather than hijri.
Project Notes
The info received from Haila Manteghi, who went to the Library of the Real Palace, contacted the person in charge, Pablo Andres, ordered a b/w microfilm, which was put on a cd, which she sent me in February 2011. The images on the website are scans from that microfilm (FA).
The pagination/foliation needs to be done and the illustrations confirmed in their correct sequence. No dimensions at present and break-lines to be be entered.
Need permission line, also picture of library, full contact details etc. Most of tis done on visit in August 2011. Can use Library website to update description of the collection. This is the only Shahnama.
The colophon is image no. 1519 and the sample page (f. 131r) is image no. 0263.
