The Wellcome Library holds a number of Persian manuscripts and detached folios, partly catalogued by F. Keshavarz, A Descriptive and analytical catalogue of Persian manuscripts in the Library of the Wellcome Institute of Medicine, London, 1986. They are mainly single folios from dispersed mss. The codex A.WMS.Per. 483, listed as a Shahnama, is in fact a text of the Faramarznama, and is not without interest. All photo credits are to the Wellcome Library. Project Notes
Needs to be established whether the loose folios are all from one ms., as it appears. Some are labelled as Qcc, others simply cc. What is the significance of this?
